The design studio is equipped with CYROS Optical yarn analyzer, CIS design software, indigenously perfected Tex-Cad design systems and best designers of the industry. All this fits well into the Ashima’s overall strategy of total texcellence.

We have over the decade mastered the art of making high precision close-to-reality CADs which minimize the need for hand samples to be generated in large numbers at conceptual stage, in turn cutting down costs and time from the product development process. Discerning designers of top brands in Europe and USA are very happy to have such a freedom to see their colour/design ideas in a large number of options to select from.

The design studio offers seasonal and customized collections. The seasonal collections are prepared in line with trends and forecasts for colour and designs. In shirtings and bottom weights the studio prepares collections with innovative ideas in combinations with new counts, new yarn effects, weaves, patterns and colours. All this is presented with all the new qualities in finished garment form with options in CADs / fabric swatches, leaving very little to the imagination for a designer in the selection process.

Be it CADs, lab dips, handloom-samples or sample yardages all are worked out with the help of specialized team of designers and technologists to offer product developments and sampling in line with the production capabilities and with the customer needs to meet the product specifications at the same time.
